2 recycled shirts were cut up to make the chiles, then I sewed them onto a fresh, new Tee. The chiles are on the front AND the back because I cannot stand a garment that has a pattern only on the front. I also did a speckle dye technique for that spacey look, but this theme gives it more of a snowy vibe.
